Landscape Architects plan, design and manage our natural and built landscapes from our National Parks to Manchesters Exchange Square, from the New Forest to Londons Kensington Palace. While architects may design buildings, the work of a landscape architect is about realising a vision for space.

It is hugely varied profession which opens up a variety of career possibilities; it could mean playing a major role in large scale development, planning, or massive civil engineering projects, specialising in nature conservation, dealing with conservation of historical parks and gardens or the complexities and intimacies of domestic gardens.
